NICK Feature Question: Keep Those Walls Clean

“Who has FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) on the walls of their kitchen. What have you found as the best way to clean?”


  • “Probably nearly everyone. Pink soap with a little bleach is my jam.”
  • “Krud Kutter spray and a brush!”
  • A purple degreaser from restaurant depot, it comes in a spray bottle like Windex. I don’t remember the name of it.
  • “We’re an EcoLab shop and we really like their GreaseLift and Oasis products for things like that.”

Additional insights

  • “I’ve used one of those sponges with the scrubby green side and warm soapy water to clean the walls here, works fine. There are points where you have to get in there and push hard to get stuff out of the cracks if it’s dried on.”
  • Just had them installed and they had glue all over them. We used a common cleaner and a brush which worked great.
