Early-Bird Tickets on Sale for the Food Incubation Summit

We are excited to announce that early-bird tickets are officially on sale for the Food Incubation Summit! Formally known as the NICK Summit, the Food Incubation Summit will bring together shared kitchens, community builders, and services providers to celebrate the emerging food incubation industry this October in Austin, Texas.

Last year we hosted our first ever NICK Summit at The Good Acre in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The inaugural event was a roaring success and we are excited to up our game this year in order to provide more sessions, networking, and celebration. In doing so, we have rebranded the summit as the Food Incubation Summit. We hope the new look will help to solidify the purpose of the event, attract additional stakeholders, and become the annual meeting you all look forward to.

In addition to the unique shared kitchen content, each year, the Food Incubation Summit will explore a different city’s food system by learning directly from local food leaders who share their unique ecosystem’s strengths, challenges, and best practices. We hope this approach will inspire leaders to learn from the best and bring back new ideas that could contribute to a more vibrant food system in their community.

This year’s summit will explore the burgeoning CPG scene in Austin, Texas to learn how this city is uniquely positioned to support a new era of food entrepreneurs by focusing on infrastructure, investment, ecosystem services, business execution, and community.

In response to your feedback from last year, we have made some additional changes including extending the event to be two days and adding a pre-event reception, a food system bus tour, 1:1 mentoring, and an event reception to celebrate all things food incubation. We also have a room block together in a hip part of East Austin so it is easy to walk to dinners and get to the venues. We want to thank our steering committing and our event hosts RPM Kitchens and the Cooks Nook for their continued support and planning.

We hope you are as excited as we are to announce that pre-sale tickets are now on sale! There is only a limited number so get yours before they are gone.

We will see you all in Austin in October!
