Which shared kitchens models are most effective?
How does pricing for storage work?
Who pays for cleaning supplies?
The list of questions for kitchen managers goes on. Here at The Food Corridor, we’ve found the most effective learnings come from industry peers. Our Network for Incubator & Commissary Kitchens (NICK) group has been going strong for over 2 years and grown to 1,100+ members. Members discuss kitchen questions, learnings, frustrations, and successes daily and have been seeking a place for real world interaction, to organically network, learn, and share. And so without further ado –
The NICK Summit will bring together the nation’s premier shared-use, incubator, and co-cooking kitchen owners and operators for a day of learning and inspiration. The day-long Summit will include a keynote on kitchen innovations, 10-minute rapid fire sessions presented by the nation’s leading kitchens, opportunities to discuss “sticky issues”, including topics from our recently released Shared Kitchen Toolkit. Of course, there will be plenty of time for networking. We are expecting 60-80 shared kitchen, food incubator, and economic development practitioners, representing thousands of food entrepreneurs across the country. Tickets are limited so register now to get your spot!
The event will be held at The Good Acre in Falcon Heights, MN during the inaugural Food | Ag | Ideas Week (FAI). Come to the Twin Cities for a week-long series of panels and speaker discussions, structured networking, meet + eat roundtable discussions, and signature events highlighting emerging and leading topics across sustainable agriculture, food innovation and tech, and food and society. Join us for this incredible week of food events!
