Simplify Shared Kitchen Lead Tracking with Notes

Managing incoming renter inquiries is one of the most important — and sometimes overwhelming — parts of running a shared kitchen. From keeping track of who you’ve talked to, to remembering when to follow up, to sorting out which leads are ready now versus which need more time — it can get messy fast.

That’s why we’ve introduced Leads Notes, a new feature inside Leads Manager.

What is Leads Manager? A fully integrated dashboard that helps shared use kitchens centralize, track, qualify, and invite food business leads coming in from The Kitchen Door (and beyond).

Leads Notes: Always remember where you left off

No more sticky notes, spreadsheets, or digging through emails to remember where you left off. With Leads Notes, you can jot down important details directly in a lead’s profile.

A few ways kitchens are already using Notes:

  • “Called on Sept 8, left voicemail.”

  • “Tour scheduled for Friday, 9/20.”

  • “Very interested, but won’t be ready to rent until November. Follow up in December.”

Having this context stored right in your Leads Manager means you never lose track of conversations. When you come back to a lead, you know exactly what’s happened and what’s next — without the clutter.

Pair Leads Notes with Hide Leads: Declutter Without Losing Track

Not every lead is ready to rent today. Instead of leaving them sitting in your active list, you can now use the Hide option.

Hidden leads aren’t gone forever — they’re simply tucked away until the timing is right. If they become active again (say, they reach back out), they’ll automatically reappear in your active list. You can also choose to select “show hidden leads” at anytime.

Some kitchens use Hide Leads for:

  • Leads that say they’ll be ready “in a few months.”

  • Leads that went cold after an initial tour.

  • Temporary decluttering while focusing on hot prospects.

So, if you want to make sure you remember the context, pair Hide with a Note, e.g.:
“Hiding — they’re not ready until after the holidays.”

Get Started Today

Both Leads Notes and Hide Leads are live in your Leads Manager now. Simply open a lead profile to add a note or hide a lead that isn’t quite ready.

Less clutter. More clarity.
That’s the power of Leads Manager
